About Dr. Fagelman
Dr. Mitchell F. Fagelman is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in treating various medical conditions related to shoulder, elbow and upper extremities. His area of expertise includes sports injury, fractures, shoulder pain and elbow pain.  Dr. Fagelman also holds proficiency in joint replacement and non-surgical or surgical treatment of rotator cuff injuries.

Dr. Fagelman graduated with Departmental Honors from the University of Texas, Austin. He earned his medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston. He completed his internship residency at Stritch School of Medicine in Loyola University, Chicago.  Further, he completed his fellowship in elbow and shoulder surgery at University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
